Policy

Because I am just launching this new business, please expect changes along the way. My goal is to have all clothing orders completed and shipped out 45 days from the day it is ordered. If there are any delays at all I will be contacting you via text to advise of the change. Shipping should take about a week.

Jewelry however shud take no longer than two weeks to ship depending on if it is for earrings or a necklace. Belts should take about the same time. Again, this is to ship it out, not for your estimated arrival date. Once I ship it, I will text you to notify you.

Unfortunately for clothing there is no refunds unless you have ordered and emailed me to cancel same day. However, if something does not fit you correctly and you would like it to be altered you most certainly can email me and we will arrange to have it done for free. This is because I want to ensure that the fit of your order is perfect. We could do a video call to go over any issues you may have with your order and I’ll be happy to pay for your shipping to have the issue corrected. I will offer only standard shipping out of my own pocket. And I will of course ship it back once it is corrected. If you live in the Orange County area, I am located in Buena Park, I’d be happy to meet you in person if that is easier for you, for an in-person fitting session.

My goal here is to make sure I am communicating clearly and setting realistic expectations. If you have a deadline for your order it is absolutely vital that you keep all this in mind before submitting your order. Remember, it’s just me here making all these things.
