Gutter Glitter Shop started June 21st 2021! I wanted to make money on my own and so I started an alterations business under the name. Slowly I began to build clientele and promote services on Instagram. The shortly after, the monster that is October hit me like a ton of bricks! I started working heavily with my muse and number one customer Anya Body! A drag queen and shape shifting beauty! She essentially proposed the idea of a Vampire series for the entire month of October. That’s where things got crazy in the best way possible! I got into costuming for the first time in about 15 years! We were able to really just go ham with all the lewks. I also started to work with Markie Ann Medina, singer of Stormhouse. She would come to me with some ideas, concepts, but ultimately gave me freedom to design everything. I do believe that’s what started to put me on the map as well.. it was all these experiences that helped me decide I wanted to make my very own collection.
